The starting point
The bath had to come out, and with it out the photos on 12 January 2026 show the pipework and floor beneath. The rest of the flat needed new flooring in the main rooms and a fresh coat throughout.

- The old bath removed and a new bath fitted, connected and boxed in.
- A new electric shower fitted over the bath.
- Wood-effect laminate laid in the living room and hallway.
- Walls and ceilings repainted in the bedroom, living room and hall.
