The starting point

Only completion photos exist for this job, all taken on 11 February 2023, so this case study shows the finished result rather than the process. The property has two front doors side by side, and inside are two separate kitchens and three shower rooms, which points to a property arranged as more than one home.

What we did

  • Flooring. Herringbone wood-effect flooring through the hallways, living spaces and bedrooms.
  • Three shower rooms. One in white metro tiles with a patterned floor and black fittings, one in large grey tiles with a walk-in enclosure, and one in marble-effect porcelain with a black-framed sliding screen.
  • Two kitchens. A grey handleless kitchen with stone-effect worktops and integrated appliances, and a navy shaker-style kitchen with a built-in oven and microwave.
  • Finishes. New doors and frames, downlights, fitted storage and fresh decoration throughout, with the front doors repainted and a new tiled step.
